$ faq --first-contact

How much does an MDR engagement cost?+
No price catalog. Every organization has its own asset density, signal mix, and regulatory framework. After the free 4-week initial assessment we propose three scoped bundles — Foundation, Standard, Comprehensive.
We don't have an internal SOC. Is that a problem?+
On the contrary. Our typical clients don't have an internal SOC — that's precisely why we exist. The MDR engagement provides the full layer (humans · tools · processes) without hiring, without managing 24/7 rotation.
Does my data stay in Québec?+
Yes. All operational data (logs, alerts, incident dossiers) is hosted in Québec across our designated regions. Third-party editors (EDR notably) follow their own residency — we document precisely where each data type transits and we propose configurations that meet sovereignty requirements.
We have an MSP / current provider — can we switch?+
Yes. Many of our engagements start with a controlled co-existence. We operate in parallel for 60 to 90 days while you evaluate escalation quality and reporting transparency. You decide then — no penalty on our side.
How long to start after signing?+
Standard onboarding: 14 to 28 days depending on environment complexity. First meaningful alerts typically surface between D+7 and D+10. Full monitoring coverage active at D+14.
